The only thing I like on TLC anymore is What Not To Wear. The rest of it is garbage. I have better things to do with my time than watch that stuff.

But, I too am trying to detox from 'Shit'! Saw you mention deleting your personal facebook. I did that too a while back, for the same reasons. And I am slowly trying to wean from trash t.v. I did say SLOWLY. ;) Love the look of your blog by the way.

Its the dumbing down of America at its best. That is why I dont watch mainstream TV. Netflix baby, Netflix. I watch what I want when I want, commercial free. Tons of documentaries, docudramas and good movies. Love it!
